A NEW YEAR

Oh, how time has flown. 2014 seems to have passed with a blink of an eye. Undoubtedly, 2014 was one of the best years of my life and definitely one of the most exciting! Most New Year's Eves, as the clock ticks closer and closer to the anticipated time of midnight, I'm filled with conflicting emotions: nostalgia for the past year coming to a close, excitement for what a new year may bring, and gratefulness for all the blessings I've encountered.

However, ringing in 2015 was particularly special as I celebrated it in my new home of London. I wanted this New Year's to be a memorable one so L and I bought tickets to a " Vintage New Year's Eve" party where we danced the night away. As the clock rang midnight, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace about my move to London. I was, and am, exactly where I'm meant to be.

So, here's to a new year. Gone are the long lists of resolutions that I hope to achieve. This year I just want to cherish the life I'm living here; to take full advantage of being in one of the world's most amazing cities and to always remember I've been given an opportunity of a lifetime.

Xoxo,
Karen
