We've all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Though I always knew this,  I'd often skip breakfast in high school and college. These days, breakfast is essential for me. Without it, I'm not ready for the busy day in front of me.

Time is of the essence in the mornings, so here's the quick and easy breakfast I've been having:

The Chia Co 
I found this brand at my local Whole Foods and love it! The company believes in natural foods with no processing or artificial flavoring. Each packet has fiber and protein that keeps me full until lunch.
You can have it hot like traditional oatmeal or like how I prefer it:

I refrigerate the cooked oats overnight and in the morning, you have a healthy & delicious chia pudding!  

Paired with some tea, this breakfast is the perfect way to start my morning. Enjoy!
