3 MONTHS IN LONDON

Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you all had a restful and fun-filled weekend. Mine was quiet and exactly what I needed after a crazy week of work; I slept in, went to yoga, and ate lots of good food. The weekend was pretty uneventful, but I did mange to post some snapshots on my Instagram  :)

Today marks 3 months since I've moved to London and oh, what an adventure it has been! There have been so many sweet moments, but also rough times. Moving to a new country and having a fresh start has been really fulfilling, but it's not always roses and sunshine. There are times where I miss home and I'd give anything to have my family just down the street again. But in all of the rough moments, I know I'm in the right place.

I look back on the past 3 months and realize that London has changed me for the better; it's pushed me to step out of my comfort zone like never before! So many times I've passed Big Ben or the London Eye and I have to stop to take in the beauty around me. Living abroad fills me with so much pure joy.

So here's to you, London. Let the adventure continue!
This pic was taken on my first night as a UK resident :)

Xoxo,
Karen

  7. I was only abroad for a month, but I feel like I changed for the better, sometimes you just need a change of scenery. Moving to another country is such a brave move and I commend you for it. I only spent a weekend in London, but I have been dying to go back ever since. I'm sure it will only get better!
