SKIN SAVES

One thing I must do every night is wash my face before bed. I can't go to sleep without having a clean face and my sensitive skin thanks me! I rarely change my routine and am a big believer that less is more. Today, I'm sharing my skin must-haves that I've been using for years!

Facewash: My dermatologist from home recommended this product to me when I was in high school and I've been using it ever since! It's never made me break out and it's unscented and chemical free. There's a foaming cleanser ( which I use) for oily skin and a creamier one for dry skin.

Moisturizer: The one I use is also by CeraVe. I really like this brand because it's simple and does the job. My skin has been more dry since moving to London and this moisturizer has kept it hydrated!

Mud Mask 3x a week: Lee brought me back a little treat when he was in Iceland 3 weeks ago. The Blue Lagoon of Iceland has nutrient-rich mud that does wonders for the skin! I usually slap this on 3x/ week and it's like a mini trip to the spa! Can't recommend this more!

Spot Treatment: Since my skin is so sensitive, it breaks out when I'm stressed out or when there's a change in environment. I've been using this treatment from Acne.org for the past 2 years and it is amazing!

As you can see, I have a very basic routine that works for me. These products are great and simple!
What are your skin saviors?

  5. I am a skincare junkie and I've always heard great things about the CeraVe products. I don't understand how people can go to bed without washing their makeup off and cleansing their face. I sure can't! I use products from The Body Shop and they're amazing!

  6. Lovely! I'm always looking for good skin products, I'm putting these on my grocery list esp since I'm out of masks. My dermatologist gave me La Roche Posay acne cream many years ago that I have used ever since and can't do without it. Although now there are generic brands on the market for cheaper so I've been using a Clearasil one.

  9. That mask sounds lovely! I might have to look into that. I have used CeraVe and I love their products too, I also love just using Vitamin E lotion as my moisturizer and it really helps to keep my skin hydrated and not too oily!
